'Primula minor' bracelet in silver and peridot

The primrose blooms at the start of spring and, in folk belief, represents the rebirth and renewal that are promised after a long winter. Treasured for its medicinal virtues, this exquisite wildflower often appears in the old Augustinian embroideries, remedy and ornament in one.
In the “Primula Minor” bracelet, a single primrose has been stylized by pulling inspiration from folk paper cutting techniques where symmetry and simplicity reign. A gorgeous faceted peridot sits at its very center, a gem long thought to alleviate ailments of the heart and to steady the mind, while also offering self-esteem and confidence to its wearer.

PS: The bracelet features a green cotton cord, adjustable to suit any wrist.

Be careful, when you maintain or purify natural stones with a salted bath or sea salt, do not put salt directly on metallic parts: it might deteriorate the setting permanently.
