The folk corsets at Voriagh are the core of this collection - structured garments built in natural linen and velvet, boned and lined according to traditional European corsetry practice. The Alma and Gisela corsets come in natural, black, chestnut and buckwheat linen, each with hand-embroidered floral motifs drawn from European folk archives. The collection also includes velvet corsets: the same boned construction and hand embroidery, in a heavier cloth that carries more colour depth and drape. Sizes run from XS to XXL. These are pieces made to be worn for years: linen strengthens with washing, linen becomes softer and stronger with wear, while velvet provides a rich texture that complements hand embroidery.
