Forming the Contract
Orders commit you upon our receipt of the order and payment. You must be at least 18 years old with legal capacity or parental authorization.

All designs are legally registered and protected by copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property law. Minor differences may exist between photos and received items.
Copyright notice: All site content is the property of VORIAGH SAS or used with third-party authorization. Content may only be used for private, personal, non-commercial purposes with no modification. Any other use requires prior written agreement from VORIAGH SAS.

Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared, packaged in silk paper, and shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping fees:
- EU: €10 (free on orders over €300)
- US, UK, Canada: €60 (includes all customs duties and taxes via DDP service - the price you see is your final price)
- All other destinations: €25 (does not include import duties - you may be responsible for customs charges upon delivery)
Delivery times:
Usually 3-5 working days via DHL with tracking (Colissimo Suivi for France). Occasional customs delays are beyond our control.
For orders outside the EU (except US, UK, Canada): Import duties and taxes are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by you. If you refuse to collect your parcel from customs and it's returned to us, you're responsible for retrieval costs.
Delays up to 7 days do not entitle you to cancel or claim damages. We'll notify you by email of any delivery issues.
VORIAGH SAS is released from delivery obligations in cases of force majeure (strikes, floods, fires, etc.).
Transfer of ownership is suspended until full payment. Complaints for non-conformity must be made within one week of receipt.

Returns & Refunds
Under article L121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate a return.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with labels attached
- Contact us first at hello@voriagh.com before returning
- Arrange return shipping via tracked postal service
- Provide tracking number
Return costs:
- Change of mind/wrong size: You pay return shipping (not refunded)
- Faulty item/our error: We refund return shipping costs
We provide detailed fitting information on each product page. Contact hello@voriagh.com for sizing advice before ordering.
Only item value is refunded after verified return. Initial shipping fees are not refunded.
Important: Never return items without contacting us first. This protects you and the environment, as returns have a carbon footprint and can get lost without proper tracking.

After-Sales Service
Items can be repaired up to one year after purchase if all parts are collected. For repairs requiring replacement parts, we'll provide a cost estimate. Repairs proceed only after you accept the estimate.

Prices & Payment
You pay the price in effect when ordering. Payment is due in advance via our secure Stripe server (Visa/Mastercard/American Express, PayPal, Klarna installments).
We may vary prices at any time without notice. If we discover a pricing error, we'll verify before dispatching—charging the lower price if our listed price was too high, or contacting you for instructions if our listed price was too low.
Products purchased before markdowns or discounts won't be refunded the difference. You may return the higher-priced item in original condition for a refund.
