"Mila" dress ceramic off white with nuanced embroideries
Description


The magnificent "Mila" dress draws its inspiration from folklore, with Hungarian-inspired embroidery adorning the bust, sleeves and hem. 

Its generous cut and three-quarter sleeves make it a piece that is both bohemian and versatile, perfect for summer, mid-season, or even winter when paired with an undershirt and thick tights.


'Mila' also features two charming patch and embroidered pockets at the front, while its collar closes elegantly with two ties adorned with hand-crafted pompoms.


The embroideries on the 'Mila' dress are the result of our research and craftsmanship. They are freely inspired and designed by us. They are not associated with a protected cultural heritage and represent a tribute to Hungarian culture.


Our model Violette is 163 cm tall (5'4) and wears the size XS/S.

This piece is made in India, where we've worked with the same workshop for almost 10 years. India is the birthplace of cotton and home to over 500 embroidery techniques, some of the world's oldest. We chose to produce here not for cost, but for unmatched expertise in handwork and natural materials.

Our workshop has deep knowledge of traditional embroidery and garment construction. Together, we explore both European folk patterns and Indian craft techniques, mixing traditions to create something new. It's a collaboration we're proud of.

All production meets rigorous standards: BSCI for social ethics, OEKO-TEX® for textile safety, and full transparency throughout the supply chain.
