"Mara" undyed cotton blouse

Description
Made of natural and undyed cotton, the “Mara” blouse features a loose cut and closes with delicate mother-of-pearl buttons. The collar and the cuffs are gathered in the manner of traditional folk blouses: full, soft, honest.
Slightly dropped shoulders make for an easy silhouette. Wear it by itself and let it fall as it pleases or tuck into a full skirt. Made to be worn again, again and again.

Chloé, carrying the straw verba, is 165 cm (5'5") tall and wears size S. Her measurements are 91 cm (36") bust, 69 cm (27") waist, and 101 cm (40") hips.

Elvira is 170 cm (5'6") tall, and wears size S/M. Her measurements are 91 cm (35.8") bust, 66 cm (25.9") waist, and 90 cm (35.4") hips.

This piece is made in India, where we've worked with the same workshop for almost 10 years. India is the birthplace of cotton and home to over 500 embroidery techniques, some of the world's oldest. We chose to produce here not for cost, but for unmatched expertise in handwork and natural materials.

Our workshop has deep knowledge of traditional embroidery and garment construction. Together, we explore both European folk patterns and Indian craft techniques, mixing traditions to create something new. It's a collaboration we're proud of.

All production meets rigorous standards: BSCI for social ethics, OEKO-TEX® for textile safety, and full transparency throughout the supply chain.
