"Gisela" embroidered corset in black linen
Description

The 'Gisela' bustier draws its inspiration from rich Serbian folk traditions, appreciated for their comfort and their adaptation to the female body shape.

Featuring a slightly scooped neckline, it offers exceptional support, by stopping at the upper middle of the chest. Its design allows easy adaptation to different body shapes and size variations. 
The lacing delicately decorated with trimmings on the front allows for independent and progressive adjustment.

The fine embroidery, inspired by the traditional paper cutouts of the Baltic countries, gives the 'Gisela' bustier a charm and timeless elegance. 
Tabs have also been added to its bottom hem, subtly recalling the details of Slavic bustiers.

Please note that the blouse shown in photos is not included. This is the “Cosima”, available in short and long versions.

Our model Lise is 176 cm tall (5’9”) and wears size XXL. She measures 115 cm (45.3”) bust, 98 cm (38.6”) waist, and 128 cm (50.4”) hips.

Our second model, Kavya, is 169 cm tall (5'5") and wears size S. Her measurements are 93 cm (36.6") bust, 72 cm (28.3") waist, and 98 cm (38.6") hips.

This piece is made in India, where we've worked with the same workshop for almost 10 years. India is the birthplace of cotton and home to over 500 embroidery techniques, some of the world's oldest. We chose to produce here not for cost, but for unmatched expertise in handwork and natural materials.

Our workshop has deep knowledge of traditional embroidery and garment construction. Together, we explore both European folk patterns and Indian craft techniques, mixing traditions to create something new. It's a collaboration we're proud of.

All production meets rigorous standards: BSCI for social ethics, OEKO-TEX® for textile safety, and full transparency throughout the supply chain.
