“Adelina” dress in striped linen amber
Description

The “Adelina” dress is a glorious piece, made of a very special striped linen, designed by us and inspired by ancient fabrics found in polish and Lithuanian folk costumes. The elegant junction of lines at the bust echoes the geometric shapes found in traditional woodwork of portals in the Baltic countries. This detail shows all the technicality and know-how the Lithuanian seamstresses are capable of.


With a delicately rounded and romantic neckline, 'Adelina' is decorated with small buttons in matching fabric along the bust, going down the chest. The waist can be fitted by tying the belts in the back.
The flared sleeves will allow you to wear this dress in summer as well as during mid-season, or even in winter with a pretty blouse or sweater underneath.


The “Adelina” dress has pockets, that make it both elegant and practical!


Although we strive to provide you with accurate color representation, the studio lighting and natural lighting may result in slightly different impressions. To obtain the most lifelike impression, we suggest referring to the photo of the draped fabrics for the most accurate rendering.


Elena (first model) is 171 cm tall (5'6) and wears the size S.

This piece is made in Lithuania, where we've worked with the same workshop and Rita for years. Lithuania has a deep heritage in linen production: the fabric is native to the region, and the craft tradition for working with it runs centuries deep.

We chose to produce here in Europe for the expertise in structured, precise garment-making and direct access to exceptional quality linen. The making of knowledge and attention to detail align perfectly with pieces that require more technical construction.
