'Volya' silver bird pendant with prasiolite Amethyst and Silk cord
Description

This unique piece features a solid sterling silver pendant set with a semi-precious stone, your choice of prasiolite amethyst or moldavite, two gemstones with deep, enigmatic reflections.
It is strung on a reversed recycled silk cord, naturally soft to the touch, and finished with finely crafted silver beads. Thanks to its generous length, the necklace can be worn as a long pendant or wrapped twice around the neck, depending on your mood.


The shape of the pendant evokes that of a stylized bird, a symbol rich in meaning across many cultures, especially Slavic and Baltic.
In these traditions, the bird represents peace, renewal, and courage. It is often seen as a messenger between heaven and earth, carrying hope and freedom. Among the Balts, the bird accompanies and watches over the soul, while in Slavic cultures, it embodies the spirit of spring, the rebirth of nature, and the strength to begin again after winter.

Jewels made with 925 sterling silver can slightly oxidize. Many silver cleaning products exist, but we suggest using tinfoil and bicarbonate in a bowl of warm water to avoid toxic waste.

14k gold can turn slightly pink because of its copper components: we advise you to softly brush it with a sponge and plain soap. Gold and silver-plated pieces can undergo the same treatment.

Be careful, when you maintain or purify natural stones with a salted bath or sea salt, do not put salt directly on metallic parts: it might deteriorate the setting permanently.
