"Nelda" embroidered velvet jacket
Description

The 'Nelda' jacket is inspired by the richness and refinement of Renaissance clothing. It features sumptuous embroidery in gold thread and has three-quarter flared sleeves with buttons on the top.
You can thus make your blouse's sleeves stand out, making you feel like Raphael’s muse… Or open them completely, for a mantle-style silhouette. You can adjust the waistline as you like, thanks to the embroidered belt.


Composed of elegant cotton velvet, and lined with a consistent canvas, 'Nelda' will adorn your outfit like the most beautiful Byzantine jewels.

This piece is made in India, where we've worked with the same workshop for almost 10 years. India is the birthplace of cotton and home to over 500 embroidery techniques, some of the world's oldest. We chose to produce here not for cost, but for unmatched expertise in handwork and natural materials.

Our workshop has deep knowledge of traditional embroidery and garment construction. Together, we explore both European folk patterns and Indian craft techniques, mixing traditions to create something new. It's a collaboration we're proud of.

All production meets rigorous standards: BSCI for social ethics, OEKO-TEX® for textile safety, and full transparency throughout the supply chain.
